The scientist's legacy will live on forever
Manash Kabashevich Kozybayev would have turned 92 this year. For 40 years, the scientist has been researching history. He left behind over 800 scientific papers. Their significant part is devoted to the formation and historical events of independent Kazakhstan.
Our university proudly bears the name of M. Kozybayev and annually holds events dedicated to the brilliant historian. This time a literary contest "Tarikhtyn tarlanbozy" was organized in the university museum. The students read poems of their own composition, in which they revealed the image of Manash Kabashevich and his scientific heritage. Young poets, representatives of various faculties, demonstrated all their creative abilities and literary talent.
According to the results, the student of the ILL Yerlan Zhumakhan received the grand prix. All participants were awarded valuable prizes. At the end of the evening, lyrical kuis and melodies from young musicians were performed.
