Educational Partnership in Action: Huawei Hosts Roadshow

Kozybayev University hosted a large-scale educational event - the Huawei ICT Competition 2025-2026 Roadshow, organized by Huawei Technologies Kazakhstan.

During the session, Symbat Sovetkhalykova, talent ecosystem development manager, presented information about Huawei’s global educational initiatives and its activities in Kazakhstan for students.

Special attention was given to the launch of the international competition Huawei ICT Competition 2025–2026, which allows students from Kazakhstan to compete alongside participants from other countries. The competition aims to develop students’ ICT skills and includes three main tracks: Network, Computing, and Cloud. During the Roadshow, students showed strong engagement and interest in Huawei’s initiatives. In addition to informational sessions, the event also featured prize draws and giveaways, making the experience more interactive and motivating.

It is worth noting that since 2024, the Huawei Academy has been operating at Kozybayev University. The academy provides students with access to high-quality educational resources, practical assignments, and certification opportunities. Last academic year, all students of the Kozybayev University Huawei Academy successfully completed artificial intelligence courses on the Huawei Talent platform within the AI-Sana project, marking an important step in developing their digital competencies.
