On Conducting a Repeated Competition for Filling a Vacant Administrative Position
Non-profit limited company "Manash Kozybayev North Kazakhstan university" announces a competition to fill the following vacant positions:
1. Head of the Public Procurement division – 1 position.
Requirements for the position – higher and/or postgraduate education in the fields of “Economics and Business,” “Finance,” or “Jurisprudence,” with at least 3 years of experience in public procurement.
Applicants already employed at the university must provide:
- An application for participation in the competition;
- A department development strategy in the form of a presentation of no more than 5–7 slides.
Applicants not employed at the university must provide:
- An application for participation in the competition;
- A curriculum vitae in free form;
- Copies of educational documents;
- A copy of the employment record book (if available) or employment contract, or extracts from orders on hiring and termination from the last workplace;
- A medical certificate in the form approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2010, No. 907 “On Approval of Forms of Primary Medical Documentation of Healthcare Organizations”;
- A certificate on the presence or absence of records issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the commission of a criminal offense;
- A department development strategy in the form of a presentation of no more than 5–7 slides.
