International Academic Exchange: Scientific Internship of Foreign Languages Department Teachers in Uzbekistan

From March 23, 2026 to April 5, 2026, six teachers of the Foreign Languages Department of M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University completed a scientific internship at the Uzbek State University of World Languages.

This experience became an important stage in our professional development. During the internship, we deepened our knowledge in the fields of linguistics and intercultural communication, became acquainted with modern methods of teaching foreign languages, and participated in scientific discussions and academic events. As part of the internship, we also completed an important professional development course covering актуal areas such as inclusive education and the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process.

Particularly valuable was the interaction with the university’s teachers and researchers, the exchange of experience and ideas, as well as the opportunity to view the educational process from a new perspective.

The internship was funded by the university, making such academic opportunities even more accessible and meaningful for teachers.

We express our sincere gratitude to the Rector of M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University, Yerbol Maratovich Isakayev, as well as to the Director of the Institute of Language and Literature, E.V. Sabiyeva, for providing us with the opportunity to improve our qualifications, which will allow us to apply the acquired knowledge in practice in the future.
