Adeline Khismatullina, a teacher at the Institute of Language and Literature of the Department of German-Romance Philology, was awarded the Khalyk Alkysy medal from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It was established by a decree of the Head of State specifically to encourage citizens who have distinguished themselves in the fight against the pandemic.
In the difficult period of the state of emergency for the country, Adelina Nailevna entered the Volunteer Headquarters at the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of the North Kazakhstan region. Together with other volunteers, she provided pensioners, sick people and other people in need with essential goods provided by patrons. Packed and packaged packages with humanitarian aid. She also consulted on the hotline. For those who applied for the purchase of food, I went to the shops, then, delivered the purchases to the apartments, made up the route lists of the volunteers. "On average, 20 orders were delivered per day", recalls the teacher, "basically, this is the older generation who were not recommended to go out. People thanked us sincerely for our work".
Adelina Khismatullina has been volunteering for over 5 years. I started as a student. Since then, free participation in the lives of people who need support has become an important part of her life.
