Project goal: Creation and organization of an innovative type of dairy farm for the production of goat milk.
Expected results: Creation of innovative technologies for the production of goat products and the introduction of effective scientific methods of breeding work, a system of feeding goats. The results obtained under the project are quite applicable in the practical activities of farms and are commercializable, since goat products are of interest to consumers in connection with the beneficial properties of goat milk for human health.
Description of the project: The project during its implementation will be of great importance in social terms, since the development of goat breeding is a priority path for ensuring the country's food security, achieving economic prosperity in the villages of the northern region of the country, where, due to climatic and economic conditions, the conduct of other branches of animal husbandry is difficult. The results obtained under the project are quite applicable in the practical activities of farms and are commercializable, since goat products are of interest to consumers in connection with the beneficial properties of goat milk for human health. The peculiarities of the composition and properties of goat milk make the products of its processing in some cases an effective alternative to products made from cow's milk. Therefore, an important social problem is providing the population with goat milk, and first of all, pregnant and lactating mothers, young children, preschool and school age.
