Using modern equipment and new solar panels to generate new energy and additional profit
Priority direction: Modernization of housing and communal services, energy-saving and energy-processing technologies, scientific research in the field of economic sciences

Project manager: Shaikin D.N., Candidate of Economics, Professor of the Department of Economics and Accounting, e-mail shaikindimash@mail.ru
Project executors: Abutalip D.O., PhD student, Dityuk D.A., Arykova Zh.T., Bibolova M.N. undergraduates.
Deadlines for execution: 2021-2023
Amount of funding: 10,000,000 tenge .
The purpose of the project: Research and carrying out economic calculations when using energy-saving technologies to obtain new energy and additional profit.
Expected results: Replace outdated roofs of residential buildings, improve the appearance of the city, which will provide the population with solar electricity, reduce the load from the city's thermal power plant, reduce negative pressure on the environment, the project will allow the company to increase sales and make additional profit, the project generates an investment resource (free cash) in the amount of 19 million tenge per year, the implementation of the project will increase budget revenues, the project contributes to the preservation and creation of additional jobs.
Project Description: In Petropavlovsk 1152 multi-apartment residential buildings (MZHD) and 15 thousand individual residential buildings (IJD). The housing stock is wearing out every year. From 2011 to 2018, in Petropavlovsk, thanks to the housing and communal services modernization program, only 168 multi-apartment residential buildings were repaired. Therefore, it is proposed to use and install solar panels (tiles) instead of the usual roof. Experts of the International Energy Agency (IEA) believe that in 40 years, with the appropriate level of dissemination of advanced technologies, solar energy will generate about 9 thousand TWh — or 20-25% of all electricity needed on the planet, and this will ensure a reduction in carbon dioxide emissions by 6 billion tons annually. The problem of the uncompetitiveness of "solar" electricity in comparison with "coal" will be solved sooner or later: the cost of energy obtained from a solar battery decreases annually.
