Forms of educational documents of Kozybayev University's own sample
Description of own diploma form
In accordance with article 39 of the Education Act, educational organizations with special status and educational organizations licensed to engage in educational activities have the right to issue their own education documents from 1 January 2021.
Forms of diplomas and applications of their own sample are made by the Banknote Factory of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan using special degrees of protection:
- Tangier mesh - protective mesh for securities: celluloid film, on one side of which is applied relief pattern of systematically arranged dots.
- Microtext - text in which the size of characters is less than 0.4 mm. This element is made by means of metallography and offset printing.
- Ultraviolet (invisible) printing reduces the risk of forgeries and other fraudulent actions. The impression of such a seal is not visible in ordinary lighting, is visible only under ultraviolet lighting. The print print cannot be scanned in the usual way. The stamp pad is filled with special ultraviolet invisible ink based on alcohol.
- Use exclusive watermark "Kaz." A watermark is a visible image or pattern on paper that looks lighter when viewed in a lumen (or darker when viewed in reflected light on a dark background). Watermark - formed in the process of paper casting by changing the thickness of certain sections of the sheet.
- Use exclusive water ornament "QAZ," alternating light and dark tones of watermarks.
- The presence in the composition of invisible fibers, visible under ultraviolet rays in blue and red.
- The original diploma form contains a unique Q-code, which will protect the document from falsification.
- Series and serial number for each diploma of its own sample established by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
