Bursar's Office

Main goals and objectives

The main purpose of Bursar's Office is to monitor and control financial transactions between the University and students, including the payment of scholarships, travel compensation and other services.

Bursar's Office tasks include:

• the organization of the competition and the formation of an order to receive a scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as its accrual;
• organization and formation of an order for payment of transport compensation;
• introduction, formation, updating of databases and movement of the contingent of students in the IS UMOSK (preliminary calculation of scholarships, input and correction of data on people with disabilities and orphans, point calculation of scholarships for IIN, Presidential Scholarship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, entering and adjusting account numbers);
• organization of a competition for vacant educational grants, formation of a package of documents and an order;
• organization of competition for grants of the Academician Manash Kozybavav;
• acceptance of applications and the formation of an order for the provision of benefits (discounts) to students on a paid basis.
