By Order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan 117 dated 10/20/2022 "On some issues of the Board of Directors of the NPLC "M. Kozybayev NKU" amendments were made to the composition of the Board of Directors of the NPLC "M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University". The quantitative composition of the Company in the number of 7 (seven) members has been determined.
Anatoly Afanasievich Bashmakov was elected to the Board of Directors.

The NPLC "M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University" informs about the decision taken by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the Sole Shareholder).
By Order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 91 dated 05.10.2022 "On certain issues of the Board of Directors of the NPLC "Manash Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University", the powers of the Board of Directors of the NPLC "Manash Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University" (hereinafter - the Company) were prematurely terminated. The quantitative composition of the Company in the number of 6 (six) members has been determined. The term of office of the Company's Board of Directors is 3 (three) years from the date of signing this order.
Elected to the Board of Directors:
1) Ergaliev Kuanysh Asylkhanovich, Vice-Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2) Zhaizhumanova Asemgul Abayevna, Head of the Department for Work with Non-Governmental Legal Entities with state Participation of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic (by agreement);
3) Smagulov Didar Nurkenovich, public figure;
4) Alibek Zhumabekovich Khusainov, Director of the Corporate Direction and Evaluation Department, International Company EY (Ernst and Young), Independent Director (by agreement);
5) Buranbayev Yerkebulan Sagatovich, public figure, independent director (by agreement);
6) Shulanov Yerlan Nurlybekovich, Chairman of the Management Board - Rector of the NPLC "M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University".

NPLC "M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University" informs about the decision taken by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the Sole Shareholder).
By Order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 21, 2022 No. 55, amendments were made to the Charter of the Non-commercial joint Stock Company "M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University":
paragraph 7 should be worded as follows:
"7. The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further-the Sole Shareholder) is the authorized body in the relevant industry exercising the right to own and use a 100% state stake in the company.
The sole shareholder considers issues and makes decisions referred to the competence of the General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Decisions on issues referred by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and this Charter to the competence of the General Meeting of Shareholders are made by the Sole Shareholder independently, with the exception of issues on which decisions are made in coordination with the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan."

NPLC "M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University" informs about the decision taken by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the Sole Shareholder). Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 271 dated 08.06.2022:
1. To approve the annual financial statements of the NPLC "M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University" (further - the Company) for 2021.
2. The Company's net income for 2021 in the amount of 540,000,000,0 tenge (five hundred and forty million tenge) should be left at the disposal of the Company.
3. To determine that during 2021 there were no appeals from the sole shareholder against the actions of the Company and its officials.
