Korchevsky Vladimir Evgenievich

Korchevsky Vladimir Evgenievich is a graduate of the Petropavlovsk Pedagogical Institute, class of 1963.

Vladimir Evgenievich began his teaching career as a lecturer at the Department of Mathematics in 1968, and in 1972, he became a senior lecturer at the department. He taught lecture courses in mathematical analysis, the theory of real and complex variable functions, methods of teaching mathematics, and others.

Throughout his career, Vladimir Evgenievich has published over 200 works and is one of the authors of school textbooks on algebra, algebra, and the fundamentals of analysis for general education schools, lyceums, and gymnasiums.

Korchevsky V.E. participated in scientific and methodological conferences in Almaty, Petropavlovsk, Chelyabinsk, and Tomsk. He took part in the First Congress of Mathematicians of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1996 in Shymkent. He was a delegate at the First Congress of Mathematics Teachers in 2011.

Titles and Awards:

Over the years of his work, Vladimir Evgenievich was awarded the badges "Excellence in Public Education of the Kazakh SSR," "Honored Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan," and the Y. Altynsarin badge.

Vladimir Evgenievich Korchevsky worked at the department until 2009, inspiring students with his example and tireless devotion to science, serving as a shining example for future specialists.
