1. application for participation in the competition;
2. personnel record sheet;
3. CV, written in any form;
4. copy of an identity card;
5. 075/y form medical certificate;
6. copies of educational documents
7. criminal record certificate;
8. psycho-neurological and drug dispensary certificate;
9. work record book.
